Information for Sponsors and Exhibitors participating in the Alton Centennial Rotary Club's Annual Home, Garden, and Recreation Show
Exhibitor Check-in and Setup Information
For exhibitors (and our Sponsors!) here is the information you need regarding setting up your booth space:
- Setup is from 7AM to 8:45AM on Saturday, April 22nd, 2023. Please plan to be completely setup no later than 8:45AM.
- When you arrive at PMHS, pull up at the front entrance and then CHECK-IN at the front table.
- Your booth number and location will be provided to you at CHECK-IN.
- There will be members from the BSA Troop #53 to assist you in getting materials to your booth.
- PLEASE: Once you are unloaded, PARK your car in the BACK LOT.
If you need assistance at any time during the show, ask ANY Rotarian for help.
You MUST remain until the end of the show at 3:00PM.

Exhibitor Application
Businesses of all kinds participate in our show every year. Many exhibitors return again and again. If your product or service is in any way related to home owners, gardening, or recreational activities, then this show is for you. Our show is well-attended as there is NO ADMISSION FEE to the public. Residents from all over the Lakes Region come to the show. Your participation as a exhibitor makes it possible for our Club to contribute to multiple local, national, and international humanitarian projects every year.
Sponsorship Application
There are multiple levels of Show Sponsorship. No matter which level you choose, you will receive benefits well in excess of your donation. Over the years, you've helped us to make our show one of the best and largest non-profit hosted shows in the Lakes Region. Proceeds from our show benefit local, national, and international humanitarian projects every year.
